The Challenge

The food delivery market demands real-time coordination between restaurants, riders, and customers. The system needed to handle order lifecycle management, live status updates, payment processing, and commission calculations across multiple restaurant partners.

Our Solution

We built a multi-sided platform with separate interfaces for customers, restaurants, and delivery partners. Real-time order status updates, integrated payment processing via Stripe, and automated commission and payout calculations formed the operational backbone.
